‘Bee Jive’ is the first single from the second album by Echoes of Zoo, a Belgian jazz supergroup with members of Black Flower, De Beren Gieren & Compro Oro.

Inspired by a chaotic wriggling bee's nest (“bee hive”), the band incorporated a catchy Senegalese sabar-rhythm (“bee jive”) in this ominous but festive tune, to top it off with short balkan riffs on tenor sax and a strongly oriental-spiced guitar solo that again culminates in a beastly wriggle.

The new album will be released on May 12th 2023 via W.E.R.F. Records.
